Job Description
RYZ Labs is seeking a Head of Sales to own the GTM strategy and revenue growth for their RLHF vertical. The role focuses on building and managing a sales organization within the U.S., identifying new customer acquisition targets, and establishing RYZ Labs as a key partner in the RLHF-driven solutions market. This position requires a blend of enterprise sales experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships across multiple industries.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, including leadership roles.
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ enterprise deals.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML markets and familiarity with RLHF.
- Strong network in San Francisco and U.S. tech ecosystem.
