Manufacturing Quality Engineer I

As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer I at S&C Electric, you will help transform the grid for resilient and reliable power worldwide by leading organization-wide initiatives to improve manufacturing quality processes, resolving complex manufacturing quality issues, and implementing best practices. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in quality engineering focusing on manufacturing quality within the electrical industry or a related industry
• Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and tolerance stack-up analysis
• Demonstrated track record of leading and successfully completing large-scale quality improvement projects
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001
• Demonstrated experience in process analytics with a broad knowledge of quality tools and industry metrics
