Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer at S&C Electric Canada, you'll work on projects that identify, analyze, and resolve quality improvement opportunities. You'll lead quality improvement projects, liaise with stakeholders, and maintain existing quality practices. The ideal candidate has a continuous improvement mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and similar tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to foster and build strong relationships
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and similar tools and techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
