Lead DevOps Engineer

Join the S&P Global Enterprise Data Organization team as a Lead DevOps Engineer in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Support and expand cloud infrastructure, monitor and alert frameworks, and interact with DevOps, QA, and development teams. Must have 8+ years of DevOps and Software Engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Requirements

• Collaborate with software development teams to improve application reliability, performance, security, and scalability
• Provide BAU Production support, and resolve issues either spotted by monitoring or reported by users before causing business impact
• Develop scripts in Terraform, Python, and Unix shell scripting to automate tasks and streamline processes
• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using Terraform on AWS cloud platform utilizing best practices
• Set up and configure monitoring solutions, including Grafana, PagerDuty, Splunk to ensure system health and respond to incidents promptly
• Willing to work one weekend per month, as required
