Positioned at the forefront of client engagement and pipeline generation, this role blends hands-on sales experience with structured development, preparing individuals to progress into quota-bearing Sales Specialist roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong interest in financial markets, client engagement, and commercial career progression
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive self-starter with resilience, intellectual curiosity, and growth mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus
