The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for providing clients with a high-quality, professional client experience. The role acts as a liaison between the client and Saddle Creek, assists clients on all issues, and answers questions. This position will be expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, other agencies, clients, and the public.
Communicate with clients verbally and in writing, support client relationships, build strong rapport with partners, and assist clients with questions and issues. Enter, review, coordinate, and track progress in all client requested enhancements and issues tracking.
Ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and excels in collaborating and engaging with others at all levels of the organization.
