Job Description
The Access Center Case Manager position will support the flow and responsibilities of Access Center Programming and Case Management. The role will have a caseload of members working towards a variety of goals. This role is an integral part of case management services at SPY.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in social services or related field
- 1+ years experience providing direct services to high-risk youth including counseling and advocacy
- 1+ years of experience working in an Access Center environment
