Safe Place for Youth (SPY) is seeking a Peer Case Manager to support workflow, coordination, and case management for members. The role will manage a caseload of members working toward a variety of goals and is an integral part of clinical and case management services at SPY, while also supporting Access Center programming as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in case management, counseling or related experience
- 1-2 years of experience accessing social services or experiencing systems involvement
- Ability to work independently and learn from mistakes
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites
- Ability to work evenings
- Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification and Employment Eligibility Verification
- Successful completion of background (LiveScan) check
- Strong computer skills and knowledge including word processing, database operations, spreadsheets and other software systems
