- Strong pre-sales and commercial understanding; knowledge of Challenger methodology is a bonus.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to drive alignment.
- Comfortable with flexible hours and travel when needed.
- Solid understanding of modern sales processes, outbound strategies, and sales tools, including CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Demonstrated ability to hit targets and drive pipeline growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
