Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, accounting, finance, economics or a related field
- A minimum of 5 or more years of commercial insurance or related industry experience
- Experience with Workers' Compensation and casualty insurance products
- Experience with or aptitude for insurance sales
- Strong working knowledge of the insurance broker network within an assigned territory
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% or more)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and sales database software such as Salesforce
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
