Job Description
The Insurance Market is a trusted advisor for managing risk for personal, business, and life & health clients. This Account Executive will focus on new sales, client retention, and collaborating with Account Managers and Marketing. The role involves developing benefit design strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring accurate client data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of account executive or consultative experience
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- High degree of self-motivation and self-direction
- Experience operating in an electronic environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, DMS, etc.)
- Current insurance license (preferred)
- Willingness to earn insurance designation(s)
