Job Description
The Insurance Market is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to manage relationships with current clients and prospective new customers. The role involves developing benefit strategies, managing clients, ensuring service delivery, and contributing to the growth and profitability of client accounts. This is a collaborative position involving key stakeholders such as Account Managers and Marketing.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Excellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- 2+ years sales experience
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities
- Ability to work with clients at a strategic level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of self-motivation and self-direction
- Current insurance license, preferred but will train the right person
