Nodak Insurance Company is seeking a Director of Marketing to shape and drive the company's brand presence, agency distribution strategy, and overall market competitiveness across all channels.
Requirements
- Bachelorās Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with 5 years in Property & Casualty insurance preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of independent agency distribution and regional carrier dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, brand management, and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationshipābuilding skills.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, collaborative, and fastāpaced environment.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, Microsoft Office products, and digital platforms.
