SailPoint is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to focus on selling Agentic technology solutions into Japan. The ideal candidate will have experience selling across IT stakeholders and a deep understanding of Agentic technologies and/or data architecture or governance technologies.
Requirements
- Curious and able to synthesize information at a rapid pace
- Consultative seller with ability to discover mutual alignment between business value and technology solutions
- Ability to work across various personas within IT organizations
- Strong relationships and ability to operate at all levels
- Ability to scale and work in an environment where empowering other Account resources can deliver positive business outcomes
- Analytical tools and complex data to drive programs and plays
- Experience in specialist sales executive (overlay, co-prime, etc) in a dynamic team-based matrix selling environment
- Ability to present the value of SailPoint's Agentic Technology solutions and compare to competitive offerings
- Superior customer experience from the first discovery call
- Development of territory and opportunity plans
- Internal programs and enablement to scale the larger sales organization around the Agentic product set
