Case Manager Supervisor

Saint John’s Program for Real Change is seeking a highly organized and empathetic Case Manager Supervisor to provide direct supervision and leadership to the Case Management team while maintaining a small caseload. The Case Manager Supervisor will be responsible for supporting Case Managers in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed, strengths-based services to clients and families.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience with supervising or leading a team or associate degree plus 2 years of experience working with individuals or families with complex needs
• Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentorship experience
• Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently, flexibly, and collaboratively
• Experience working effectively with outside agencies and community partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
