Group Controller

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller for the Group Controlling Team to act as a key partner to the CFO and executive team. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role combining financial planning, performance analysis, and group-level reporting.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and drive the group-wide strategic planning process, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, perform budget vs. actual analysis, and oversee and analyze group financial position.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role (Group Controller, Financial Controller, Business Controller)
• Strong expertise in FP&A, financial controlling, and group reporting
• Experience in multi-entity environments, ideally within production or industrial sectors
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced reporting tools (Excel mandatory)
• Solid understanding of financial statements, consolidation principles, and cost structures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
• Entrepreneurial mindset: hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused
• Strong interpersonal skills: persuasive, adaptable, and able to work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working closely with senior leadership (CFO, executives)
• High level of ownership, flexibility, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English language skills
