Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Revenue Enablement to own the full enablement motion across our EMEA field, developing a high-performing team and setting the standard for enablement at Samsara. This role involves building a 6–12 month regional enablement roadmap, adapting global programmes for local needs, and championing AI-first enablement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of revenue enablement experience
- Proven experience managing, hiring, and performance managing a diverse team
- Hands-on experience rolling out a sales methodology across EMEA
- Multi-territory EMEA experience
- Enterprise SaaS background
- Strong executive communication skills
- An AI-first mindset
- Direct sales experience
- Experience with data-driven enablement
