Samsara is seeking a Global Benefits and Mobility Partner to administer global benefits programs and own the end-to-end delivery of the company’s global Leave of Absence (LOA) programs across the U.S., Canada, Germany, Mexico, UK, Poland, Taiwan, and India. The role requires 4–7+ years of experience in benefits and/or leave of absence administration and a strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in benefits and/or leave of absence administration
- Strong experience managing LOA programs, ideally across multiple regions or jurisdictions
- Deep working knowledge of U.S. leave and benefits regulations (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA)
- Experience with compliance processes such as audits, NDT, or regulatory filings
- Exposure to or experience supporting international benefits programs
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
