The Benefits Partner is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for administering global benefits programs and owning the end-to-end delivery of the company’s global Leave of Absence (LOA) programs across multiple regions.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in benefits and/or leave of absence administration.
- Strong experience managing LOA programs, ideally across multiple regions or jurisdictions.
- Deep working knowledge of U.S. leave and benefits regulations (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA).
- Experience with compliance processes such as audits, NDT, or regulatory filings.
- Exposure to or experience supporting international benefits programs.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
