Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in a management role designing interconnects, Switch Design, or Fiber Optic Assemblies
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in GD&T, DFM, FMEA, and Six Sigma
