The Director of Social Services will lead and oversee comprehensive social services programs, ensuring efficient, ethical, and compassionate delivery of services to community populations. This pivotal role demands a broad understanding of social work principles and effective leadership skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work and Texas Licensed LMSW or LCSW required.
• Three years’ experience in leading teams required. Five years’ experience in social services management.
• Additional Requirements – Must possess or obtain a valid CPR certification and Deescalation training within 30 days of hire.
