Job Description
Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting a Bank Assistant Chef for their CQC registered mental health service in Felixstowe. The role involves assisting with meal planning, promoting food hygiene, and maintaining kitchen stock within budget.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a catering environment
- Valid food hygiene certificate
- NVQ2 in Hospitality & Catering
- Proven knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Excellent cooking skills and understanding of produce and ingredients
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Some knowledge of dietary requirements and the impact of food types on medication
