Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Bank Chef to work in their Retirement Communities Service at Ness Court, Burwell. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality catering service, managing the food and labour budget, and ensuring that the kitchen meets health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience of working in a catering environment
• Level 2 Diploma in Catering and Hospitality
• Valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Knowledge of online catering software packages
• Proven knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Some experience of setting and managing budgets
