Requirements
- Proven B2B sales producer or full-desk recruiter with strong business development experience
- Comfortable in a build-mode environment where processes are evolving and initiative is critical
- Skilled at developing client relationships from scratch and navigating stakeholders
- Self-directed and effective in a remote, performance-driven setting
- Entrepreneurial mindset where you think like an owner and are motivated by growth and long-term upside
- Strong closer with the ability to generate revenue, not just fill roles
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
