Job description
Lead the Tender Management Software Engineering team responsible for building and maintaining Sanofi's global tender management ecosystem. Drive digital transformation by modernizing tender processes, integrating agentic AI models, and empowering cross-functional teams to win competitive bids.
Manage a full stack engineering team, drive technical vision, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional solutions. Spend 60% of time managing the team and 40% contributing directly to the codebase.
Must have experience managing engineering teams, developing team members, and driving technical excellence. Ability to develop and execute a technical vision, translate organizational strategy into actionable team objectives, and drive alignment and results with global teams.
