We are seeking a Sr. Consultant, Workday HCM to optimize Workday HCM and Time-related modules, helping HR and business leaders operate more efficiently. The role will involve designing and delivering scalable solutions, influencing process improvements, and driving consistency and efficiency across global HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
- 9 + years experience maintaining Human Capital Management systems.
- 5+ years of Workday experience.
- 3+ years specializing in one or more of the following: Workday HCM & Org, Absences & Time Off, Time Tracking.
- Experience supporting and enhancing HRIS in a complex or enterprise environment
- Experience working in global or multi-country environments
- Experience with additional HRIS platforms (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors)
- Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM
- Experience in Absence/Time Off and/or Time Tracking
- Hands-on configuration experience (business processes, calculated fields, reporting, EIBs)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Spanish and/or Portuguese β Preferred
