Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager - Public Cloud Financial Solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing, deploying, and rolling out financial solutions and a strong understanding of office of the CFO solutions. They will be responsible for managing daily customer accounts, developing account strategies, and implementing plans to ensure profitable growth within these customers. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of multi-tasking, being highly organized, and structured, with excellent analytical, detailed-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans for emerging and renewal customers
- Maintain customer satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management
- Meet or exceed account-specific revenue and profitability goals
- Act as primary escalation point for cloud solutions for assigned accounts
- Facilitate quarterly Account Reviews and monthly Relationship Reviews with customer and Account team members
