Managing Partner (f/m/d) for Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry

We're looking for a Managing Partner to lead our Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry team. You'll develop deep relationships with customers, drive business outcomes, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Long-term professional working experience supporting and/or leading sales cycles and transformation projects in large accounts.
• Strong background in account leadership, industry knowledge, and business acumen.
• Proficiency in building robust executive relationships, earning trust, and establishing governance structures.
• Deep expertise in value-based selling practices and strategic decision-making.
• Solid general knowledge of SAP solutions, especially in the chemical & pharmaceutical/life science sector, strong communication skills, and proficiency in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Proven track record of delivering tangible business results and consistent overachievement of set targets for net booking or cloud revenue growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and skillful sales execution.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead a large virtual (extended) account team and navigate customer challenges across all domains and across various cultures.
• Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels and fluent language skills in both English and German.
• Experience working with customers across diverse industries, with a strong focus on the chemical & pharmaceutical/life science sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (MBA preferred).
• Knowledge of the SAP Business Suite and AI is an advantage.
