SAP is seeking a Managing Partner to lead sales cycles and transformation projects in the Chemical & Pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will build deep relationships with C-level executives, develop strategic roadmaps, and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Long-term professional working experience supporting and/or leading sales cycles and transformation projects in large accounts.
- Strong background in account leadership, industry knowledge, and business acumen.
- Proficiency in building robust executive relationships, earning trust, and establishing governance structures.
- Deep expertise in value-based selling practices and strategic decision-making.
- Solid general knowledge of SAP solutions, especially in the chemical & pharmaceutical/life science sector.
- Proven track record of delivering tangible business results and consistent overachievement of set targets for net booking or cloud revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership skills to lead a large virtual (extended) account team and navigate customer challenges across all domains and across various cultures.
- Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels and fluent language skills in both English and German.
