Delos Cloud is seeking a Senior Support Engineer for M365 to manage the customer support team, provide high-quality solutions for customers, and develop the knowledge management system. The role involves coordinating support cases, resolving complex issues, and building the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in (IT) support, IT service management and/or M365 environment care
- Funded knowledge in customer support as well as associated case and incident management, personnel planning, quality and knowledge management, ideally according to ITIL standards
- Proven expertise in M365 and the ability to implement complex technical topics practically
- Experience in service provider management, team leadership, personnel deployment planning and promotion of employee development
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, in particular the ability to prioritize under pressure and effectively manage multiple stakeholders
