We are seeking a Sales Executive/Director to focus on generating new business for our Life & Pensions Division. Proven experience selling SaaS or complex software solutions, alongside solid knowledge of the insurance industry, would be a strong advantage.
Requirements
- Extensive sales experience within the Insurance market with, ideally, Life and Pensions knowledge.
- Proven track record working for a Born-in-the-Cloud or Cloud-Native technology company, ideally within SaaS, insurance platforms, digital transformation, or cloud-based ecosystems.
- Proven track record of closing high value deals (Ā£10M+) as well as cross selling to existing customers.
- Practical experience of dealing at 'C' level.
- Must have general business understanding Insurance, including the technology and platforms available.
- Understands a consultative selling approach, able to work with colleagues within the client's buyer network and be able to craft solutions that will provide business benefits.
- Understanding of how projects are planned and executed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-starter and results orientated mentality: highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- A willingness to travel extensively.
- Preferably educated to degree level or suitable relevant experience.
