The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for all administrative duties within the HR department with specific emphasis on administering and tracking attendance on all union hourly employees and maintaining employee data in files as well as electronically in ADP.
Requirements
- Ensure the HR Department is compliant with the Company policies.
- Prepare new hire orientation packets, Company Newsletter, and other necessary documents as needed, and coordinate employee events such as summer picnic, holiday parties, and safety milestones.
- Maintain accuracy and privacy of confidential employment information.
- Respond to unemployment claims.
- Track employee leave of absences including FMLA/STD.
- Administer company's benefit programs including enrollment processes for active and inactive employees.
