Production PSS (Line Lead)

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is seeking a Production PSS (Line Lead) to lead day-to-day activity associated with running production or packaging equipment within an assigned area. The successful candidate will provide support to the Operations Supervisor and be responsible for ensuring regulatory checks are complete, maintaining production data, and communicating with employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• One year of experience leading workplace teams
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift/Powered Industrial Truck license
• Basic computer skills to utilize ERP system
• Ability to work in cold temperatures, dust, noise, and slippery conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds regularly
