Job Description
Sarepta is seeking a Director of Commercial Training & Capabilities to lead the development of the commercial field training function, create and deliver scientific, product, and disease-state educational resources, and enhance the scientific knowledge throughout the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company
- 3-5 years as a commercial trainer at a pharmaceutical/biotech company
- PharmD/PhD preferred or demonstrated ability to assimilate complex concepts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid management skills with ability to provide clear guidance and direction
