Channel Renewal Specialist is responsible for on-time renegotiation and execution of renewals processes and contracts, and supporting SAS’s customer retention and renewal strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business partner relationship development, or technical functions within the technology industry
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences
- Strong organizational, customer service, and project management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
