We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially sharp Renewals Specialist to partner directly with our Sales and Customer Experience teams to drive timely, efficient, and profitable renewals across our customer base.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Procurement, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or a closely related role within a large enterprise or SaaS/technology company
- Background in enterprise procurement or vendor management
- Demonstrated track record of leading high-stakes commercial negotiations
- Proven ability to coordinate across Finance, Legal, and Sales on complex transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent customer-facing communication, negotiation, and advisory skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, pricing strategies, and contract management processes
- Knowledge of renewal pipeline management, net retention forecasting, and deal operations
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sales or customer success tools and a genuine interest in applying emerging AI capabilities to improve renewal outcomes
