Shift Lead / FT - Cleveland, OH

The Shift Lead directs the daily activities of store team members in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers during assigned shifts. They are responsible for store operations, customer service, and employee performance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous training/supervisory experience a plus
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other team members
• Proficiency in basic math skills required
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
