Shift Lead / FT - Cleveland, OH

The Shift Lead directs daily store activities in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers. They are responsible for store operations, customer service, and employee performance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous training / supervisory experience a plus
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other team members
