Job Description
Savencia is seeking a Finance Manager to lead and mentor the finance team, developing and managing the annual budget and forecasting, and supporting strategic initiatives. This role involves financial reporting, risk management, and collaboration with senior management to drive business growth. The Finance Manager will also report directly to the Plant Director.
Requirements
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights.
- Collaborate with senior management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team (Plant Controller and Purchase Assistant).
