Job Description
The Deputy General Manager (Mall) will lead the overall strategic plan for the Mall, aligning with client goals and market trends. Responsibilities include operations and facility management, financial and commercial management, marketing and brand management, leasing strategy and tenant relations, customer experience and CRM, client and stakeholder management, people management and organizational culture, and risk management and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail property management or shopping mall leadership
- Strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, leasing, and marketing
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
