We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Cologne and Düsseldorf. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, hosting, and following up on our regular networking events for senior executives.
Job Details
- Job Title: Event Coordinator
- Location: Cologne and Düsseldorf
- Start Date: January 2025
- Time Investment: Approximately 6-7 hours per event, including preparation, hosting, and follow-up
- Compensation: €170 per event, plus €20 for expenses
Responsibilities
- Prepare and host events, including logistics, decorations, and welcome activities
- Coordinate with the Meetup Host and venue staff to ensure a smooth event
- Ensure excellent service and a memorable experience for attendees
- Take photos and videos of the event for social media
- Follow up with attendees to gather feedback and evaluate the event's success
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, preferably in reception or service
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
