Job Description
The Student CEO role within a Saxbys cafe involves leading all aspects of a cafe's operations, building a high-performing team, and engaging with the local community. It offers undergraduate students unparalleled ownership and the opportunity to gain real-world entrepreneurial experience. This is a seasonal position reporting to the Operations Lead, offering a full-time and paid commitment.
Requirements
- Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies
- Prior Saxbys cafe experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week during cafe operating hours
- Must be an undergraduate student of the partner organization in good academic standing
