Job Description
The Student CEO is a seasonal, full-time role within the Saxbys cafe operation, focused on experiential learning. The position offers hands-on entrepreneurial experience, teamwork development, community engagement, and financial management skills, all while working for undergraduate students. This role aims to create a positive work environment and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a confident, adaptable, and driven communicator.
Requirements
- Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies
- Prior Saxbys cafe experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- Able to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods
- Ability to stoop and kneel
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
