Job Description
The Student CEO is a seasonal role reporting to the Operations Lead. This position provides undergraduate students with ownership of a Saxbys cafe operation, focusing on entrepreneurial experience and leadership development through a platform called Experiential Learning. The student CEO will focus on team development, community engagement, and financial management.
Requirements
- Completed at least one year of undergraduate studies
- Prior Saxbys cafe experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week during cafe operating hours
