Senior Learning Specialist

Role Overview

As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and impactful training programs to team members. The specialist will collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to address specific learning outcomes related to leadership and organizational development.

What You Will Do

Facilitate professional skills and leadership development and other assigned training, create engaging and interactive learning content, develop, design, deliver and evaluate relevant learning programs, and support expansion of existing leadership development training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5 years’ relevant experience in learning and development with experience as a training facilitator or similar role
• Experience working with senior leadership to successfully design, implement and execute programs
• Ability to travel to facilitate training or support implementation of site-based training programs
