Use your experience in learning & development and HR to design and deliver impactful programs that support individual growth and organizational performance. Partner with HR and business leaders to execute upskilling initiatives, facilitate meaningful training experiences, and continuously improve the way TVH develops its people.
Design and deliver learning programs that drive performance across the organization, including partnering with managers and HR business partners, supporting and coaching managers, and designing and developing learning content.
We're looking for someone who can translate learning strategy into real-world impact, with 6+ years of experience in L&D, strong communication skills, and solid instructional design skills.
