Family Development Associate

SBCS is seeking a Family Development Associate to provide case management, crisis intervention, and safety planning support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a bachelor's degree in social science or related field is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is also preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree in social science, psychology or related field preferred.
• Work or lived experience (either self or family) with homelessness or housing instability, highly desirable
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Maintain all case files following confidentiality guidelines.
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities, training skills, creativity, and public speaking.
