SBCS Chula Vista is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the well‑being and prosperity of children, youth, and families in San Diego. For over 50 years, it has provided safe shelter, transitional housing, prevention and intervention programs, mental health services, and youth development initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the community.

Must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and have good administrative and data-entry skills

High school degree, 1+ years experience with design tools, strong communication skills
Residential Associate (On-call)
2+ years of experience in a group home or residential childcare setting, or an associate degree in a related field with 4 years of experience
School Program Youth Leader/Coach
High school diploma, one-year experience working with youth, and a warm and friendly personality are required
School Program Youth Leader - Cheer Coach
High school diploma or equivalent, one year experience working with youth, and ability to lead sports and curriculum activities
School Program Youth Leader
One year of experience working with youth and/or children, a warm and friendly personality, and the ability to lead sports, games, and curriculum activities
School Program Youth Leader
Must be highly dependable, have a warm and friendly personality, and have the ability to lead sports, games and curriculum activities, and monitor behavior
Preschool Teacher
Bachelor’s degree in ECE highly desired. 1-2 years experience working with children required. Must be passionate about child development, trauma-informed care and possess strong communication skills
School Program Youth Leader TK-8 - Elementary
1 year experience working with youth, AA or BA, warm and friendly personality
Licensed Clinical Supervisor
2+ years of experience supervising a clinical team, completion of Clinical Supervision CEUs, and 4+ years of experience in child, youth & family services
