SBCS is a non-profit organization that provides services to children, youth, and families in San Diego. We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to support the quality of client care and provide clinical supervision to staff and students.
Requirements
- Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, plus 1 year post licensure experience required.
- Two years of experience supervising a clinical team and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.
- Completion of Clinical Supervision CEUs as regulated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in child, youth & family services and/or community development field.
- Experience preferred in community-based organizations.
- Fluent in English, including ability to read, write and comprehend, preferred.
- Ability to work with a diverse population, possess cultural sensitivity, and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
