Job Description
The Account Director is responsible for leading organic growth efforts, developing strategies for existing business retention, and ensuring compliance. This role involves delivering value to customers, leading teams, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The position requires travel, proactive communication, and strong interdepartmental collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Active/Transferable DoD TS Clearance preferred
- Experience with PowerPoint and report documentation
